Getting Started with Freelancing NTU

Loading Events

Alison is delighted to be working with Nottingham Trent University on a 1-day workshop to equip you with everything you need to become a freelancer. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to work ‘on’ your freelancing and prepare yourself so you are best positioned to find the work you want to do.

A recent report on freelancing showed that 47% of work in the creative industries is freelance. It’s highly likely that graduates will need to be ready to work as freelancers if not by design, then by necessity – whether it be traditional self-employment or short-fixed contract work, either way these graduates will need to think like freelancers.

*This workshop is only suitable for any NTU student or graduate (within 3 years of graduating)
