We are excited to announce Danielle McGirr as the newest addition to the Mission Accomplished team. With an impressive twenty-year career in production management, Danielle has most recently worked as a Line Producer on factual content such as Travel Man, Shop Smart, Save Money and Channel 4’s Guy Martin programmes. Her experience and insight into the world of TV and film production will be invaluable as she joins us to manage our slate of training programmes.
Danielle’s first major project will be overseeing the next cohorts of our Create Central Skills Accelerator training programmes, including Learn to Lead in Film and TV: Step Up to HOD alongside our wider slate of training programmes.
As Dani knows well, stepping up to lead a team can be daunting. As a leader and manager, your approach and thinking need to evolve as you take on additional responsibility.

Learn to Lead in Film and TV is aimed at West Midlands-based industry professionals working in craft, technical, editorial, or production roles across scripted (Film, HETV, or continuing drama), unscripted, animation, or post-production who are ready to step up and lead their teams.
